Our Mission

Little Hands Preschool is a nurturing environment focused on supporting the Whole Child. Our dedicated professionals facilitate learning, fun and social interaction based on trust, respect and integrity.

Our Core Values

At Little Hands Preschool, we are committed to creating positive experiences for our students. When our children's natural inclination to learn is nurtured and encouraged, they can excel in far more than academics as their confidence grows and their understanding of the world around them expands.

As early childhood educators, our goal is to build upon the innate self-esteem and curiosity already existing within our children. The preschool years are a pivotal time for young minds as these early school experiences shape how they view learning well beyond their time at Little Hands.

Our Best Practices

At Little Hands Preschool, learning experiences look different every day and, oftentimes, it even looks like play!

Motor skills are strengthened through physical movement and sensory exploration. Communication and relationship skills are enhanced through art, drama, music, and movement. Social and emotional skills are practiced daily through cooperative play and shared responsibilities.

Our theme based curriculum develops cognitive skills and stimulates intellectual curiosity in math, science, health, nutrition, physical education and social studies. While all of our classes share a curriculum schedule and pace, each teacher differentiates specific lessons to support the ages, skills and interests of each child.
